The Epicurean Mincing bowl is great for slicing, presenting, and serving your favorite Foods, spices, nuts or herbs. Imbedded rubber feet keep the board steady. Certified food safe by NSF International, Epicurean® cutting boards are dishwasher safe, will not harbor bacteria and are knife friendly. This wood composite material is comprised of 30% Eucalyptus and 70% pine, and is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.

Developed from a material used in restaurants for years, Epicurean Cutting Surfaces are made from an environmentally friendly natural wood fiber laminate. A pleasure to use and even easier to clean, Epicurean Cutting Surfaces are dishwasher safe, won't dull knives, are virtually maintenance free and NSF approved.
